about 3 weeks after the first pick of Elstar and together with the first pick of the Jonagold mutants.
Shape
round-conical fruit; light red somewhat deep red with a yellow-green background; sometimes some small stripes (chimaere).
Quality
flesh is cream-white with a compact granular structure; firm and juicy.
Preservation
at least 5 months in ULO-cell; light susceptible to scald.
